1.  The monthly/weekly fee for this service helps us to recover some, but not all of the cost associated with providing this service to you.  The time spent providing this service to you far exceeds any fees that are asked for.  This is not to mention the communications, computer equipment and hosting fees that it takes to keep this site up and running. 2.  The fee weeds out bad people.  We have found that by charging a fee for access helps to keep out the people who may have a desire to use this tool for the wrong purpose.  Bad guys to bad things, and this group of people would probably not spend the time or money to do what they would need to do to get this on their system.
